Created a Wicket IInitializer at
https://wicket-stuff.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wicket-stuff/trunk/wicketstuff-core/jdk-1.5-parent.
Just put it in the classpath and it will automatically make your application
runable at GAE.
