Most of the stuff can be achieved by CSS. The only thing that won't work in CSS
is the wicket logo. Using the quickstart in IE < 9 will degrade to not showing
gradients, rounded corners, and shadow.
I'll try to create a canonical wicket logo svg. This will work in all modern
browsers as well, and won't take up too much space (might possibly even work
inline?)
