Add wicket version to initial page in wicket-examples

The wicket-examples show the wicket version when you click on a sub page but
not on the initial page.
I didn't notice the version showing in the DebugBar until after I created this
patch.
I added in a new HomePageApplication that receives the initial request instead
of the static index.html file.
