Interface TestPanelSource isn't named correctly

When using WicketTester, the startPanel() method can take a 'TestPanelSource',
which is an interface, it should be renamed to ITestPanelSource, to keep it
parallel to the similar approach for the ITestPageSource when testing Pages.
