AjaxLink has an AjaxEventBehavior that do not override
Behavior#canCallListenerInterface, so invoking the behavior when its component
is not enabled is not allowed, this is the default policy.
TestBehaviorDisabledComponentAllowed override the canCallListenerInterface to
allow the use case at 'testBehaviorOnDisabledComponentAllowed()'
