When clicked for the first time, an AjaxLink triggers the onSubmit server
method.
In my page, this makes the whole form re-rendered, including the AjaxLink.
When clicked for the second time, the onSubmit server is not called anymore.
This was working version 1.4.9 but was broken on version 1.4.13 and 1.4.16.
