Currently PackageTextTemplate compresses both .js and .css with the same
compressor.
White spaces and comments (/**/) are common so there shouldn't be a problem.
Is there a need for special CssCompressor or we can just rename
JavaScriptCompressor to TextResourceCompressor ?
