In the past we had several discussions on the list and various jira issues were
raised. Everybody seemed to have a different opinion (and use case) on the
right sequence. We eventually settled on what is now implemented. I'm a little
bit hesitant to open the discussion again. I'd much rather simplify the
implementation to make changing the order more easy.
