It appears one cannot get a PageExpiredException when clicking on a link on the 
expired page.

Please refer to the attached testcase - navigate to ListPage and let it expire 
after > 1 minute. Then click on one of the links.

The perplexing part is that the inks contain references to the menu page (not 
the list page as expected):
