Our quick start doesn't provide the means to test SSL/HTTPS connections with
wicket (especially IE8 is notorious for SSL bugs and downloading resources for
example). It is not too difficult to enable it, and can easily come out of the
box for our users (and core developers) so that we don't have to figure this
out every time.
