Adding an AbstractAjaxTimerBehavior to a page causes the browser (tested on
Firefox and Chrome) to leak memory. More noticeable with a short update
interval (I have been using 1 second). It is not as bad in the beginning, but
gradually gets worse, eventually increasing memory usage by over 1MB per
request.
