The step of reproduce:
1. Unzip attachment file to any directory
2. Since this issue would be able to reproduce in case of https, so I tested in
Tomcat that already configure https.
3. After starting Tomcat, you need to install a tools that is HttpWatch.
4. In IE access https://localhost/myproject, HttpWatch will catch an error.
