i tweaked Url so now urls of form port://domain are correctlry determined as
absolute. also when rendering they will be normalized to the port://domain/
form (with the trailing slash)
the url in this case, although will now be interpreted as absolute will not be
parsed correctly. the url seems invalid to me because ' will be parsed as
part of the domain...
