There are few places where #getAssociatedMarkup() is called immediately after
#hasAssociatedMarkup().
Since #hasAssociatedMapkup() just does: return #getAssociatedMarkup() != null,
it can be optimized by just calling #getAssociatedMarkup() and check for null.
