Unit tests added to show that it was possible in 1.5:
org.apache.wicket.resource.filtering.FilteringHeaderResponseTest#filter()
and now it fails in 6.0:
org.apache.wicket.markup.head.filter.FilteringHeaderResponseTest#filter()
