Maybe the getUrl() could be declared in an interface, and the test in
BasicResourceReferenceMapper be against that instead of the concrete class (as
all instanceof conditionals should be). That way, even if
ResourceBundleReference doesn't implement the interface, it's easy to subclass
and implement it.
