The newly introduced
org.apache.wicket.settings.IResourceSettings#getUseDefaultResourceAggregator()
may be completely removed because without ResourceAggregator some
functionalities will stop work completely.
If users need to provide their own ResourceAggregator then we can add a new
setting later.
