Please disregard the statement about the FormComponentPanel working when nested
inside a Panel. After testing that scenario again, it looks like it behaves the
same.
If you replace the ComponentFeedbackPanel with an ordinary FeedbackPanel (line
39 of HomePage.java in the attached quickstart), the FormComponentPanel works
just fine.
