Currently, it is not possible to pass parameters to the atmosphere JS, for
example to disable websocket. In some situations you might want to change some
of the default settings used by wicket-atmosphere to get everything working in
your setup. For example, if your hosting provider does not support websocket,
you should set the transport to streaming.
