We are using mockito for out unit tests. Mockito has introduced @InjectMocks
for injections mocks in CDI-Beans. I have tried to setup the wicket-cdi to use
the 'mockito-injection' but ended up with copy the classes to rewrite just some
lines. (just replace the INonContextualManager and omit the BeanManager).
Perhaps the cdi-module can be refactored to use some kind of factory to replace
the INonContextualManager.
