Just tested it. SC_SEE_OTHER works like a charm (with and without cookies)
SC_MOVED_PERMANENTLY also works like a charm with and without cookies.
SC_MOVED_TEMPORARLY does not work when cookies are disabled.
Thanks! Is there some release planning when 6.7.0 comes out? Jira said 15.3.
