Description:
The renderHead method of a Behavior added to a Border body is not called, which
means, all added HeaderItems (e.g. JavaScriptHeaderItem, OnDomReadyHeaderItem)
are not called.
See quickstart to reproduce the error (was working with Wicket 7.4.0)
