Description:
{{Application}} class is now missing functionality for loading of
_initializers_ from the {{/META-INF/wicket}} location.
* The constant {{META_INF_WICKET_PATH}} is defined, but never used.
* Method {{load(Properties)}} is never called.
There is missing equivalent of the method {{collectWicketProperties()}} from
the Wicket 7.7.0.
