Wicket uses
org.apache.wicket.protocol.http.servlet.MultipartServletWebRequestImpl to
delegate the parsing to commons-fileupload.
Spring Boot uses
org.springframework.web.multipart.support.StandardMultipartHttpServletRequest
for Servlet 3.
