Supplier for the ExceptionMapper because of the missing
setExceptionMapperProvider-Method". I think, the
setExceptionMapperProvider-Method is missing. This is an improvement, not a
bug. Of course I can reach my goal overwriting the getter, but a setter is
welcome :)
