Resolution: Fixed
Since WICKET-6703 Ajax response passes all header items through header
decorators.
So now JavaScriptDeferHeaderResponse has to do nothing on Ajax requests, to
prevent JS from being wrapped in native DOM event wrappers (which will never be
fired).
