While working on WICKET-7028 [~svenmeier] proposed the idea to use a
combination of component instantiation listener + behavior added to the page by
the listener in order to produce the CSP headers. This might be avery good idea
and a better approach than the request cycle listener approach we are using
now. This idea might also be applied to
CrossOriginEmbedderPolicyRequestCycleListener and
CrossOriginOpenerPolicyRequestCycleListener
