Description: URI fragment is already supported by class URL, but there are
some use cases when it would be nice to specify it it through PageParameters
class, for example when we use setResponsePage method to redirect user to a
specific page. In this case appending an URL fragment to the final page URL is
extremely complex without this kind of support. (was: URI fragment is already
