If a RenderPageRequestHandler is wrapped in more than one 
IRequestHandlerDelegate, the unwrap-Method of IRequestHandlerDelegates does not 
return the RenderPageRequestHandler but a IRequestHandlerDelegates as it 
unwraps only the first one.

This leads to not rendered CSPs.
