### Motivation and Context
When building the framework with JDK 27, the `maven-javadoc-plugin` fails
during the `wicket-util` module compilation. The stricter Javadoc parser in JDK
27 treats line-breaks inside `{@link}` tags as unknown tags, halting the entire
build process.
### What has changed
Modified
`wicket-util/src/main/java/org/apache/wicket/util/diff/package.html` to merge
the multi-line `{@link}` tags into single continuous lines. This satisfies the
strict Javadoc parsing requirements of modern JDKs while preserving the
documentation content.
### Testing
- [x] Verified the issue locally using JDK 27.
- [x] Ran `mvn clean install` (without skipping Javadoc) .
