Remove obsolete roadmap section about moving builder classes from axiom-api
Remove the "Classes to be moved from axiom-api to om-aspects" section
and its "Builder implementations" subsection from the roadmap. This work
was completed in the 1.3.0 release:
- StAXBuilder, StAXOMBuilder and XOPAwareStAXOMBuilder were removed.
- StAXSOAPModelBuilder and MTOMStAXSOAPModelBuilder were moved to
axiom-compat as deprecated shims.
- BuilderAwareReader was removed.
The public API interfaces OMXMLParserWrapper and SOAPModelBuilder remain
in axiom-api as intended.
