Make Dependabot ignore osgi.bundle dependencies
The osgi.bundle:* dependencies in systests/psychopath-tests are resolved
from an Eclipse p2 repository through p2-maven-connector. Dependabot only
understands Maven layout repositories and reports
private_source_authentication_failure for them, which makes every daily
Maven update run fail.
