AXIOM-531: Add OM level test for serializing large text nodes

Serialize documents containing text nodes of around one buffer length
to an OutputStream using encodings handled by OutputStreamXmlWriter.
The text is preceded by characters that need escaping so that the
writer buffer is partly filled when the large run of clean characters
is written. This fails with BufferOverflowException without the fix
    for AXIOM-531.
