Log:
Delete obsolete MacOSURLAccess, which was pre-carbon support for net access on
Mac OS, prior to Mac OS X.
Since Xerces 3.0 does not attempt to work on systems prior to Mac OS X, these
sources are being dumped, but are still available in the Xerces 2 branch.
Removed:
xerces/c/trunk/src/xercesc/util/NetAccessors/MacOSURLAccess/
