   Thanks @vinishjail97 for the details. I was able to run `package` followed 
by `install` command. 
   
   ```
   !sudo apt-get update
   !sudo apt-get install -y maven
   !git clone https://github.com/apache/incubator-xtable
   %cd incubator-xtable
   !mvn clean install -DskipTests
   !mvn clean package -DskipTests 
   ```
