### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-xtable/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Please describe the bug 🐞 While validating the [0.4.0 release candidate 1](https://lists.apache.org/thread/pjl0xgfns56bx219494oc51qnj2mll8b), I run `./mvnw clean package` and bumped into the following error: ``` [INFO] xtable-service .....................................
