Closing — this was based on a false compile break in my local environment. My local Maven build resolved a non-canonical `hudi-common:1.2.0` artifact (via an internal AWS CodeArtifact mirror configured in my local `~/.m2/settings.xml`, most likely a customized/forked build) that has a different `HoodieCleanStat` API than the real, publicly-published `org.apache.hudi:hudi-common:1.2.0` on Maven Central. Verified directly: downloaded the real jar from `https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/hudi/hudi-common/1.2.0/hudi-common-1.2.0.jar` and confirmed the *original*, unmodified 7-arg `HoodieCleanStat` constructor this PR replaced compiles cleanly against it.
