Closes #963 ## What is the purpose of the pull request This pull request adds reverse validation to the shaded-jar license checker so that every shade `<include>` must still exist in the runtime dependency tree. Previously the script only checked one direction (tree → includes), allowing stale includes to remain and silently shrink bundles such as `xtable-utilities`. ## Brief change log - Added reverse check: every shade `<include>` must match an artifact present in the runtime dependency tree - New report category `stale_includes` that fails the check and clearly lists the stale entries - Verified locally against `xtable-utilities`; many stale includes are now correctly detected ## Verify this pull request This change added tests and can be verified as follows: - Ran `validate_bundled_license_texts.py` against the `xtable-utilities` bundled jar - Confirmed the new `stale_includes` section correctly reports includes that no longer exist in the runtime dependency tree - Existing license checks (missing texts, mismatches, etc.) continue to work unchanged -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
