Thanks a lot for finding this and for the clear repro test, @yyangAtlassian. Following up on the review, the root cause looks to be in the Paimon source, which passed every partition value as a string, so the same failure also hit the Iceberg target. Since maintainers cannot push to this branch, I opened #976 with the fix in `PaimonPartitionExtractor` and an end-to-end test for Delta and Iceberg, and kept you as a co-author on the commit.
