    URLs to notebook page are set wrong in job manager page

    - Enable cron and job manager configurations and check a links in the page
      - `zeppelin.jobmanager.enable` : `true`
      - `zeppelin.notebook.cron.enable`: `true`
      - `zeppelin.notebook.cron.folders` : `/`
