URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-zipkin-website/pull/10#issuecomment-489831007 To reduce confusion I wonder if we shouldn't make a copy step to put the latest swagger yaml into a folder which is not the same as the submodule root. Ex. like public/thrift, we make public/swagger and copy the yaml there. That would make it possible for us to fix things with less steps when Jenkins isn't working for whatever reason, and reduce confusion about what is committing to a submodule vs a local directory. wdyt?
