ZOOKEEPER-4265: Fix broken links (some files have been archived) &
terminology
The 3.5.9 release has been restored in SVN, as we currently have three
active branches/release lines: 3.5, 3.6 and 3.7.
This commit removes 3.6.1 from the releases page, as it has been archived
and 3.6.2 is a straightforward upgrade.
It also clears up some terminology and adds a link to the archive.
