Currently when we checkout mapred trunk and use ant tar . It copies
hadoop-mapred-0.21.0-dev.jar under HADOOP_HOME. So when deploy the tar and try
start jobtracker/tracker as hadoop/mapred not able rleant classes in CLASSPATH
so we have copy hadoop-mapred-0.21.0-dev.jar to HADOOP_HOME/lib directory
