Hi all. I am new to hadoop and I would like to ask how to apply patches to hadoop? Is applying patches the same as "diff" and "patch" in Linux?
If not, could somebody tell me how to apply the patches to hadoop? I am not very clear on how to do it. Moreover, if I apply a patch, is it possible to roll back to the previous version? How to do that? Thank you very much for you attentions and helps! Best regards, Starry
