Compile-native still fails on Mac OS X.

I am still getting failures when I try to compile native library on Mac OS X
(10.5.8 Leopard). The problems are two fold:
- Although "aclocal.m4" is changed after HADOOP-3659 is committed, the
corresponding "configure" script is not re-generated.
- It cannot find libjvm.
