The problem is reported and fixed in MAPREDUCE-1876, but it is not committed to
branch 0.21.
I think both MAPREDUCE-1876 and MAPREDUCE-1980 should be committed to branch
0.21.

Here, the type should be "REDUCE_ATTEMPT_STARTED", right? because the
"event.taskType" is "REDUCE".
