The first put to a non-existing current directory doesn't work correctly

Steps to reproduce:
- Format the dfs.
- Start it.
- Put a file without specifying the destination.

$ hadoop fs -ls

$ hadoop fs -put /etc/passwd

$ hadoop fs -ls
