Sporadic {{ConcurrentModificationExceptions}} are originating from
{{UGI.getCurrentUser}} when it needs to create a new instance. The problem was
specifically observed in a JT under heavy load when a post-job cleanup is
accessing the UGI while a new job is being processed.
