Fix javadoc warnings in AuthenticationToken

AuthenticationToken.java has 4 javadoc warnings because the link to java's
HttpServletRequest is not found. We should also update OK_JAVADOC_WARNINGS in
test-patch.properties to 11 since of the 15 current javadoc warnings on these 4
need to be fixed.
