In case of zero map jobs (normal case in hive MR jobs) jobs completion map is
broken on jobDetails.jsp.
THis doesn't happen in case of reduce because we have a check saying if
job.getTasks(TaskType.REDUCE).length > 0 then only show reduce completion graph
